Do I need a pavement licence for scaffolding outside a shop or on the high street?

Yes – if the scaffold sits on public footpaths or roads, a pavement licence is required. We handle all applications and paperwork with the local council so your project stays compliant and on schedule.

Can you provide scaffolding for shopfronts and retail units?

Yes – we specialise in scaffolding for shopfront refurbishments, signage changes and glazing works. We’ve set up scaffolds on high streets across Winchester, Southampton, Chichester and surrounding towns.

Do you work with building contractors on commercial sites?

All the time – we work with local and regional builders to deliver scaffolding for refurbs, extensions, office fitouts and maintenance work. Fast quotes, clear scheduling, and a team that won’t hold the job up

Can you put up scaffolding outside office blocks or schools?

Yes – we’ve installed access scaffolding for offices, schools, care homes and NHS sites. We’re insured to £10m and ConstructionLine Gold certified, so compliance is never in question.

How quickly can you erect commercial scaffolding for a project in Hampshire?

Standard jobs can usually be turned around within 7 days. For reactive maintenance or urgent safety work, we can get scaffolding in place within 24 hours.

Do you work on live sites or during off-peak hours?

Yes – we regularly operate on busy sites and can schedule work to suit project needs, including night work or out-of-hours access to reduce disruption.
